Get InvolvedToo many people suffer in silence because cost, stigma, trauma, lack of insurance, or limited access blocks support. TERC restores dignity through mental health access, culturally responsive counseling, coaching, training, and community-driven care.
We meet people where they already feel safe — through telehealth, trusted community spaces, partnerships, and accessible programs.
Licensed therapy for individuals, couples, families, and adolescents.
Explore Counseling →Professionally facilitated groups for healing, connection, grief, trauma, anxiety, and resilience.
Join a Group →Goal-focused support for life direction, transitions, resilience, leadership, and personal growth.
Start Coaching →Empathy, resilience, trauma-informed care, emotional intelligence, and mental health education.
Request Training →TERC uses a hybrid community-supported care model. Donation-based access is prioritized for individuals who would otherwise be unable to receive support due to financial hardship, insurance barriers, or life transitions.
Donation-based services supported by grants and community generosity.
Reduced nonprofit rates that help sustain services for those who need them.
For individuals able to pay standard rates and help expand care for others.
No proof of hardship is required. No one is denied services solely because of financial hardship. Services are subject to eligibility, availability, funding, and clinical appropriateness.
In the coming year, TERC plans to:
Hours of counseling & coaching access
Volunteer provider hours coordinated
Community participants reached through training
Families & youth in resilience programs
Core access funds for veterans, counseling, youth & trauma
Freedom is sustained by sacrifice, service, advocacy, and care. Our nation's heroes and their families deserve access to healing, transition support, and culturally responsive mental health resources.
TERC is here because the cost of service should never include silence about trauma.
