Dr. Ifeyinwa Maduka is a doctoral-prepared Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, public health leader, and dedicated advocate for mental health and community well-being. With more than 18 years of clinical experience, she has devoted her career to improving access to quality healthcare services and supporting individuals and families across diverse settings and populations.
Her extensive background includes outpatient and inpatient behavioral health care, school-based health services, hospice care, and service within the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs. She currently serves with the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) as a commissioned officer in the United States Public Health Service.
As Board Treasurer, Dr. Maduka provides financial oversight to ensure TERC operates with integrity, transparency, and sound stewardship of resources โ building systems that sustain long-term community impact and protect donor trust.
Her passion for service extends beyond her professional responsibilities through volunteerism, mentorship, and providing guidance to emerging healthcare professionals and future leaders. As a healthcare professional, public servant, wife, and mother of four, she exemplifies servant leadership and lifelong dedication to helping communities thrive.
